# Access

Once you've [installed Xporter on your Jira Cloud](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/558863/Xporter+for+Jira+Cloud+Installation) instance, you can access [Xporter](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/891368/xporter-export-issues-from-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud) by clicking *Apps* (Figure 1 - 1), and then selecting *Xporter *(Figure 1 - 2). Then, you will see the Xporter menu on the left side of the screen (Figure 2).

# Getting Started

<span style="color: #0d0d0d">The </span>*<span style="color: #0d0d0d">Getting Started</span>*<span style="color: #0d0d0d"> page (Figure 2) is where you'll land by default upon entering Xporter on Jira. </span><span style="color: #0d0d0d">You can access it by clicking the </span>*<span style="color: #0d0d0d">Getting Started</span>*<span style="color: #0d0d0d"> tab (Figure 2 - 3) on the left side menu (Figure 2 - 2).</span>

This page serves as an introduction to Xporter's core features. Here, you can:

- [Configure Xporter](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/427714/User+Guide) regarding global [permissions](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/528718/Permission+Schemes) and visibility options on Jira.
- Manage, install, and get report [templates](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/431152/Templates).

# Integrations

You can access the [Integrations](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/427597/Xporter+Integrations) section by clicking the *Integrations* option (Figure 3 - 1).

Here, you find all the integrations that the user can configure. In this example, the configured integration is [Timesheets by Tempo](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6572/timesheets-by-tempo-jira-time-tracking) (Figure 3 - 2).

# Scheduled Reports

You can access the [*Scheduled Reports*](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/15466498/Report+Scheduling+(New)) section by clicking the *Scheduled Reports* tab (Figure 4 - 1).

Here, you can:

- View all existent report schedules that can be configured by the user (Figure 3 - 2), along with the corresponding details (report file, next run, frequency, delivery, owner, logs, and status).
- Use the search bar (Figure 3 - 3) to find report schedules.
- Change the report status by toggling (Figure 3 - 4).
- Edit the report by clicking the gear icon next to it (Figure 3 - 5).
- Access the [audit logs](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/430884/Audit+Logs) by clicking the *Go to Audit Logs* option (view the<span style="color: #111111"> exportation history, the exportation scope, the final status, get specific details on the template used, etc.;</span> Figure 3 - 6).
- Create a new scheduled report by clicking the *Create Scheduled Report* button (Figure 3 - 7).

- Submit a request related to a specific topic, <span style="color: #0d0d0d">enabling</span> the Xporter support team can assist you (Figure 6 - 3).

# Alternative to Access the Xporter Home Menu

You can also access the Xporter home menu from your Jira Cloud instance by:
