## Introduction

Since Jira Cloud does not provide storage, [Xporter Cloud](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/891368/xporter-export-issues-from-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud) has added a File Servers screen (Figure 1) where users can define and configure their storage servers (this feature is also available on Jira Server). Those storage servers will be available in Workflow Post-functions screens, allowing you to choose the one where to save the generated document.

You can access File Servers Schemes, in the [Xporter menu](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/558670), by selecting the *File Servers* option (Figure 1 - 1).

> ❌ The communication between a client and an FTP server without SSL is sent unprotected, so we recommend the use of FTPS.

Here, you can:

- See the list of existing file servers (Figure 1 - 2) and their details (type, host, modification information).
- Create a new file server (Figure 1 - 3). A modal will open (Figure 2).
- Edit the file server, by clicking the gear icon (Figure 1 - 4), and then *Edit *(Figure 1 - 5). A modal will open (Figure 3).
- Delete the file server, by clicking the gear icon (Figure 1 - 4), and then *Delete *(Figure 1 - 5).
- Set the selected file server as default by clicking the gear icon (Figure 1 - 4) and then *Set as Default* (Figure 1 - 10). To remove this status, click the gear icon (Figure 1 - 4) and then *Remove as Default*.
