## Introduction

The Audit Logs screen (Figure 1) provides access to the reports' exportation history, including [details](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/430884/Audit+Logs#Details) such as exportation scope, final status, and specific template usage, among others.

These logs are created and updated during the exportation process and are retained for 30 days after their creation. This provides the ability to know, at any time, during this period, the final [status](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/430884/Audit+Logs#Statuses) of all exportations that were attempted or concluded in the Jira Cloud instance.

> ℹ️ The results (Figure 1 - 9) are automatically sorted by descending order of creation date. This means that the most recent logs are the first to show on the page.

You can access Audit Logs, in the [Xporter menu](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/558670), by selecting the *Audit Logs* option (Figure 1 - 1).

## Operations

### Details

In the Audit Logs screen (Figure 1), you can check the existing audit logs (Figure 1 - 9) and their exportation details, by clicking the arrow icon (Figure 1 - 9).

![Figure 2 - Audit logs details](media://82a95e7d-5d76-44d1-9e73-faaccb8d5800)

In addition to the elements (*author* - Figure 2 - 2; *status* - Figure 2 - 3; *scope* - Figure 2 - 4), already shown in the Audit Logs main screen (Figure 1), the audit log row contains detailed information about the report exportation.

Depending on the type of exportation and its result, several items will be displayed (Figure 2 - 1): processing time, template information, JQL query used, etc.

### Refresh

You can use the *Refresh* button (Figure 1 - 7) to update the Audit Logs page with fresh data while keeping the same filters. This way, it's possible to get the most recent logs without losing the filters already in place.

### Filters

There are several filters that can be applied so that only relevant data is displayed. These filters are cumulative, and applying each subsequent filter will result in a finer sorting of the results.

![Figure 3 - Filters](media://ae2bc9e5-18b5-417e-8b31-ad9957eb51b2)

- *Search* (Figure 3 - 1) - results can be filtered by searching for four different criteria: scheduled report Id, template name, filename and/or output format. Searches match partial results such as "template" when searching for the word "temp".
- *Status* (Figure 3 - 2) and *Scope* (Figure 3 - 3) - these filters can be used together or separately. When used together, the results will match both criteria. Otherwise, each filter will display records based on the selected status or scope.
- *Start Date* (Figure 3 - 4) and *End Date* (Figure 3 - 5) - date filters can limit the search to a specific date range. If both dates are selected, results within the specified limits are displayed. Additionally, you can choose only the *Start Date* or *End Date*. In these cases, the results will be filtered from the specified date onwards (if only *Start Date* is defined) or up to a certain date (if only *End Date* is defined), without considering an upper or lower limit, respectively.
- *Clear All* button (Figure 3 - 6) - this button resets all applied filters, similar to the initial page load. This differs from the *Refresh* button (Figure 1 - 7), which maintains all filters and updates the data.

### Statuses

On the left side bottom of the Audit Logs screen (Figure 1), there's a small collapsible and clickable caption saying *What do the different statuses* mean? (Figure 1 - 10).

![Figure 4 - Statuses](media://7e7ac3af-0281-4333-bd43-ae33781810a2)

This panel, which opens on the Audit Logs main screen (Figure 1), provides a quick explanation of what each status means in the report exportation context.

Some of these statuses are unique to a specific kind of exportation (such as *partial success* and *pending)*.
