## Introduction

[<span style="color: #172B4D">Xporter</span>](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/891368/xporter-export-issues-from-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud)<span style="color: #172B4D"> allows Jira Project administrators to create and manage Scheduled Reports at the Project level.</span>

## Accessing Scheduled Reports

## Managing Scheduled Reports

### No Scheduled Reports Created

If you don't have a Scheduled Report created yet, your screen will look like Figure 4.

Here, you can:

- Click the *Create Scheduled Report* button (Figure 4 - 4) to create a new Scheduled Report. A modal will open. Then, follow the instructions [from Step 3 on this page](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/15466498/Scheduled+Report).
- Click the *Learn more* button (Figure 4 - 5) to go to the [Xporter Templates documentation](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/41222146/Project+-+Scheduled+Reports).

### Scheduled Reports<span style="color: #111111"> Created</span>

<span style="color: #111111">If you have Scheduled Reports already created, your screen will look like Figure 5.</span>

<span style="color: #111111">Here, you can:</span>

- Use the search bar (Figure 5 - 1) to find existing scheduled reports.
- View the list of the existing scheduled reports defined and their details (Figure 5 - 2).
- Click the *Create Scheduled report* button (Figure 5 - 3) to [add a new Scheduled Report Scheme](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTERCLOUD/15466498/Scheduled+Report#With-Scheduled-Reports-Already-Created).
- Click the gear icon (Figure 5 - 4) to edit and/or delete an existing scheduled report.
- <span style="color: #172B4D">Use the toggle</span><span style="color: #172B4D"> </span><span style="color: #111111">(Figure 5 - 4) </span><span style="color: #172B4D">to change a report status (active/not active)</span><span style="color: #111111">.</span>
- <span style="color: #111111">See how any scheduled reports are active (Figure 5 - 6).</span>
