Xporter will anonymize, delete, and transfer the user's data regarding Xporter configuration and data usage. > ℹ️ **Compatibility** > ℹ️ > ℹ️ The anonymizing process is available on [Xporter](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/891368/xporter-export-issues-from-jira?tab=installation&hosting=datacenter) 6.3.2+ versions. See below the items that can be found and their meaning. # Items | **Name** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | Xporter User Data | Data related to Xporter configuration and usage such as Audit log, created and last updated data regarding the following configuration:
- [Templates](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409467). - Template sharing (user profile level). - [Scheduled Reports](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409498). - [Permission Schemes](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409475). - [File Servers](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409479). | | Xporter Profile Templates | Profile Templates created by the user are anonymized | | Xporter Processes | Data related to Xporter export processes created by the user are anonymized | | Xporter Documents | Data regarding documents generated by the user | | Xporter Scheduled Reports | Runs as of Xporter Scheduled Reports | # Transferring Ownership ## Transferred Items (Figure 1) Two configurations require ownership transfer: - **User profile templates: **the ownership will be replaced with the user selected to transfer. - **Scheduled reports: **the ownership will be replaced with the user selected to transfer for all the Scheduled Reports, where the user anonymized is defined as the run-as user. Xporter has two levels of Scheduled reports (on Jira Administration and at the Project level). If the new user is not a Jira Administrator or even Project Administrator (depending on the level of configuration), the run as user will be defined as empty.
