The Profile Xporter Templates screen (Figure 1) allows you to create, edit, delete, and share your personal Templates.

Each template is composed of three main elements:

- **Template name**: the name displayed to the users to select the Template to export the issue(s) information (Figure 1 - 4).
- **Template file**: the file with the Template content (Figure 1 - 5). The following formats are supported:
  - DOCX (Word Document)
  - DOCM (Word Document with Macros)
  - DOTX (Word Template)
  - DOTM (Word Template with Macros)
  - XLSX (Excel Document)
  - XLSM (Excel Template with Macros)
  - ODT (Open Office Document)
  - RTF (Rich Text Format)
  - TXT (Text File)

For audit purposes, this screen also displays the user and the date the template was last modified (Figure 1 - 6).

## Access

> You can access the Profile Xporter Templates by clicking your user icon (Figure 1 - 1) and then *Profile* (Figure 1 - 2).

> A side menu will appear. There, click *Xporter Templates* (Figure 1 - 3).

## Operations

### Adding a Template

> You can upload an external Template by clicking the *Add* button (Figure 2 - 1). A modal will open.

> Add a Template name (Figure 2 - 2; mandatory field), a description (Figure 2 - 3; optional field), scopes (Figure 2 - 3; optional field) and upload the Template file (Figure 2 - 5; mandatory field). Once you're finished, click the *Create* button (Figure 2 - 6).

### Managing Templates

You can manage existing Templates by clicking the *Settings* icon (Figure 3 - 1). The operations listed below are available.

#### Download

Click the *Download* button (Figure 3 - 2) to download the template file on your machine.

#### Edit

Click the *Edit* button (Figure 3 - 3) to change the fields from an existing Template. You will see a modal (Figure 2) where you can edit the Template name, description, scopes, Template file, etc.

#### Share

> Click the *Share* button (Figure 3 - 4) to share your Template with any user or group that exists in that Jira (this <span style="color: #333333">functionality is not possible in the Administrator area).</span>

#### Delete

Click the *Delete* button (Figure 3 - 5) to delete a Template. Once you do so, you will see modal asking you to confirm the Template removal.
