> On your Jira Data Center instance, click the gear/*Administration* icon (Figure 1 - 1) and click *Manage apps* (Figure 1 - 2).

> The Xporter menu will open on the left side of the screen. There, click *Global Settings* (Figure 2 - 1).

## Operations
### Bulk Export Options (Figure 3 - 1)
| **Configuration** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| The maximum number of issues | When exporting [multiple issues](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1412803/Multiple+Issues), this option controls how many Issues a user is allowed to export at one time |
| The maximum number of simultaneous requests | This option controls how many Xporter processes can be run simultaneously. |
### Global Permissions (Figure 3 - 2)
| **Configuration** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Enable Xporter for all projects and all users | The app functionality will be available for all users, and all templates will be available for every Issue. This option will override the [Permission Scheme](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409475/Permission+Schemes) configuration, but will not override the Template Scopes set for each [Template](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409467). |
| Enable Xporter panel on Single Issue View | Allows the Issue to be exported from the Export menu in Single Issue View |
| Enable Xporter option from Export Menu (Issue Detail) | Allow the Issue to be exported from the Export Menu (Issue Detail) |
| Enable XLSX option from Export Menu (Issue Navigator) | Allows the Issue to be exported (XLSX) from the Export Menu (Issue Navigator) |
| Enable Xporter option from Export Menu (Issue Navigator) | Allows the Issue to be exported from the Export Menu (Issue Navigator) |
| Allow anonymous requests | Allows unauthenticated clients to invoke the Xporter Servlet. When this option is enabled, Issue information may be exported without proper permissions, so please use it carefully. |
| Include attachments | Adds the Issue attachments to the exported document when exporting in single-issue mode and the output format is set to PDF or DOCX |
| Enable user profile templates | Allows every user to utilize their own profile Templates |
| Enable Xporter reports | Allow users to export documents without using an Issue context. When this option is enabled and the group's field is empty, all users can utilize this feature. Otherwise, only users that belong to the defined groups are allowed to use Xporter Reports. |
| Enable custom filename | Allows users to add a customized name to their exported document |
| My Exports | Allows displaying all the processes available to the current user in the My Exports screen |
> ℹ️ **Include Attachments** is only available on Single Issue export due to possible performance issues.

> ℹ️ When disabling **My Exports **option, some features are hidden, such as:

> ℹ️ - Xporter button at Jira top bar.
> ℹ️ - My Exports screen.
> ℹ️ - Send to Background feature.
### MS Office Add-ins (Figure 3 - 3)

| Enable MS Office Add-in API | Enables the API used by MS Add-ins to preview documents |
### Xporter Analytics (Figure 3 - 4)
| **Configuration** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Enable Xporter to collect usage data | Analytics collects data about the usage of Xporter and sends it to Xblend for internal use. It allows us to measure the user experience across thousands of users and deliver features that matter. Please read the [privacy policy](https://www.getxray.app/legal/privacy-policy/) for details. |
| Enable [In-app Chat Support](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/23102936) | Makes the Xporter Chat Widget available on all projects |
> ℹ️ When making any change to the settings, once you're finished, make sure to click the *Save* button (Figure 1 - 5).
