>
> > Macro (rw-step)
>
> On the Scheduled Reports screen (Figure 2), click the *Add* button (Figure 2 - 3). A modal will open (Figure 3).

>
> Here (Figure 3) you can enter the scheduled report's fields:
>
> - Name (Figure 3 - 1): the Scheduled Report name (mandatory field).
> - Description (Figure 3 - 2) - a description for the Scheduled Report (optional field).
> - Cron Type (Figure 3 - 3): Basic or Advanced:
> - In Basic mode, you can choose to export every hour/week/month/year at a specific time.
> - In Advanced mode, you can insert your own Cron to define a more complex frequency of reporting (you can use [Cron maker website](http://cronmaker.com) to help you create a more complex Cron).
>
> - Export Data (Figure 3 - 4):
> - [JQL](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1413910): the exported Issues that belong to the given JQL.
> - Filter: the exported Issues that belong to the previously created Filter. You have access to the filters themselves, you can mark them as favorites and the filters that are shared with you.
> - [Xporter Reports](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1412789): the exported Issues that belong to a JQL Issues iteration on the [Template](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409467).
> - Template (Figure 3 - 5): the selected template to export. Only the Templates with the *Scheduled Reports* scope will be available on a Scheduled Report.
> - Filename (Figure 3 - 6): the default filename used on each action (mandatory field). T<span style="color: #172b4d">he filename configuration has a size limit of 50 characters (but the exported file name doesn't have a limit).</span>
> - Output format (Figure 3 - 7): the selected output format for the generated file.
> - Actions:
> - Condition (Figure 3 - 9): if selected, the Scheduled Report will only execute if the given JQL/Filter has at least one Issue. Conditions won't be validated on Xporter Reports.
> - Enable (Figure 3 - 10): enables the Scheduled Report.
> - Scheduled Actions (Figure 3 - 8): select which actions will be applied to the exported file. These actions are very similar to the ones from [Workflow Post Functions](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1412596) . You can configure several actions of the following types:
> - [Save on Jira host](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1412596/Workflow+Post+Function#Save-on-Jira-host) - saves the file on the machine where the Jira instance is running.
> - [Send email](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1412596/Workflow+Post+Function#Send-the-report-generated-by-email) - sends an email to the given addresses (outgoing email configuration required).
> - [Upload file](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1412596/Workflow+Post+Function#Upload-File) - uploads the file to a previously configured [File Server](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409479).
