## Introduction

Process Manager allows you, as an Administrator, to see in real-time all the [Xporter](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/891368/xporter-export-issues-from-jira?tab=installation&hosting=datacenter) [exporting](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409732) processes that are being run and take actions on them (Figure 2).

It is possible to get extra details and cancel some process that are no longer necessary.

## Access

> On your Jira Data Center instance, click the gear/*Administration* icon (Figure 1 - 1) and click *Manage apps* (Figure 1 - 2).

## Operations

### Checking Process Details

To access detailed information about a process, click the respective *i* button (Figure 2 - 5). A modal appears.

Here, you can see several process details such as:

- Process ID.
- Template name
- File type.
- Output format.
- Process creation date.
- Process last status update date.

### Canceling an Action

Each process has a "cross" button (Figure 2 - 4), which allows you to cancel the process. A confirmation dialog will appear and you can cancel the process right away.

If the export was requested by another author other than yourself, a message appears in the author's own export process dialogue.

It is possible to check who cancelled the process by [checking the Xporter Audit Log screening and verifying the audit process details](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1415793/Audit+Log#Check-a-Row's-Details).

### Searching

Using the search box (Figure 2 - 3), you can search every field on the process, even the details (Figure 2 - 2).

You can search by these values:

- Process ID.
- Process Type.
- Author.
- Status.
