My Exports (Figure 1) allows exportations to run in the background, having a quick action button and a screen (Figure 2) to check all the processes that are being run or that are already finished.

The feature also allows you to [cancel](https://docs.getxporter.app/space/XPORTER/1409062/My+Exports#Cancelation) any process that is running.

Any process is available for one hour before the completion or cancellation of the process.

## Access

My Exports can be accessed via a button (Figure 1 - 1), on the Jira top menu, and allows you to have a quick view of the exporting processes that are being run or that were completed, allowing you to download finished processes.

You can see if there are exporting processes running (Figure 2 - 1), and the processes that are finished (Figure 2 - 2). You can click the *See all* button (Figure 2 - 3) to go to the My Exports Screen (Figure 1) and see all the processes.

There's also a badge at the icon that displays the number of processes that are currently running (Figure 2 - 4).

## Export Operations

The My Exports screen shows all the processes that are displayed (Figure 1 - 2) and their details.

It also allows you to execute the operations below.

### Cancelation

While the export is being processed, you can cancel it by clicking the cross button (Figure 2 - 5), which will prompt a confirmation modal.

> ℹ️ During the time the user accepts the process cancellation, it is possible that the exportation already passed the processing time and a message of error can appear.

### Removal

The cancelled/aborted/finished processes can be deleted by clicking the cross button (Figure 1 - 5; Figure 2 - 6), which will prompt a confirmation modal.

### Download

Any export process that is finished can be downloaded during its life cycle by clicking the download button (Figure 1 - 6; Figure 2 - 7).

### Search and Filter

It is possible to search the following attributes using the search bar (Figure 1 - 3):

- Process ID.
- Process type.
- Output format (document extension).
- Output name.

Also, if you want to filter the processes by status, there's a dropdown accessible via the *Status* button (Figure 1 - 4) that allows you to multi-select all the statuses you want to check.
